1909 Private Office Design Guidelines
We want you to personalize your office while keeping our shared space cohesive and welcoming. Here’s how to balance creativity with the overall vibe of 1909:
1. Keep It Tidy:
A clean, organized office helps everyone feel inspired. Store personal items neatly and keep clutter under control to maintain a polished look.
2. Neutral Furniture Colors:
Stick to neutral tones like black, white, beige, or gray for furniture. Love bold colors? Share your vision with us first for approval!
3. Material Matters:
Opt for timeless materials like light woods, upholstery, and metals in black, gold, or bronze finishes. Leather accents? Let us review them before you dive in.
4. Wall Art & Treatments:
Planning to hang art or add a pop to your walls? Run it by us first, especially if it’s visible from shared spaces. No paint or wallpaper changes without the green light.
5. Signage & Windows:
Only 1909-provided signage is allowed on doors or glass. Keep windows clear for unobstructed views—we love the natural light, don’t you?
6. Hanging Decor:
Want to add something to your ceiling? Make sure it’s approved! Avoid attaching anything to air ducts, pipes, or wires.
7. Your Responsibility:
If you make changes (like hanging items), you’ll be in charge of repairs when you move out.
These guidelines are here to help you create a personalized, professional, and cohesive space while keeping 1909’s aesthetic on point. Got a design idea? Let us know—we’re excited to see what you create!
